Let me add my raucous and hardy agreement to all this pro-heef sentiment, I haven't read the previous page of posts so I don't know exactly why... But I know that he deserves it and that is enough for me.
He's an actor called Dean Stockwell. The photo is from him starring in an early 90s TV programme, Quantum Leap where Scott Bakula was a scientist leaping from person to person 'fixing problems'. When he solved the problem, he'd Quantum Leap to another body hoping that the next time he leaped he'd be back in his own body.
That sounds alarmingly like how you could describe Doctor Who if you replaced a few words. Insert Doctor and time travel and it's the same show.
Sliders!?! With Jerry O'Connell (aka. the poor man's Keanu Reeves) and John-Rhys Davies (aka. the poor man's Brian Blessed). What rot. Well, the first couple of series were okay before the aforementioned B-Listers jumped ship.
Keanu is actually not as bad an actor as he gets credit for. He is just an actor that specializes in being immersed in a whole new world and gaping with wide eyes a lot. Which of course makes him look like a total idiot.
His "acting" in the first season of Blackadder requires him to shout alot, he does a fine job of this.
