    Actually, it's not really blocked. It's under the 'categorization pending' category. I can access the site, if I click 'OK. I understand the warning, and I want to access the site' for:

    "If you need to access this site now, you should be confident that you have a valid Business reason for doing so and that your access / usage of the site is fully compliant with relevant ***insert my company name here*** policies and standards, local laws and applicable regulations."

    Alas, I don't have a valid business reason to access the site! Lol. So, it mightn't be fully compliant.
