    Yeah or else salary caps would have to continually increase over time as post counts gradually increase. I like that idea from your previoust post.

    You can only negotiate a contract at the start of the season. So at the time you sign the contract, it would need to be in between the certain requirements.

    Could work, but could be a real mess if you stuff it up.
    Maybe get a group of guys and go over it, work out the details.

    I think you're missing the point... While I do like the idea of training, and having amethod of player improvement without spammers taking all the glory, but if you're trying to make this more fun for average Joe the finances and Salaries doesn't make it any more fun for them.

    It just gives more responsibility to a select few, who are already active anyway.

    I think we need to go back down to 4 teams, as we now dont have subs so alot of players just wont play that much at all. Bring in reggies and scrap stamina IMO.

    Despite this though I like the way your bringing forward new ideas. Its good.

    I think the club owners/boards are really the ones you need to talk to, they really should have more input as they're the ones most effected.

    For players it's just a matter of having a dollar figure attached to them really.
    It's alot more complicated for the board members.
