I pretty much only watch 1 and 2 to laugh at how bad the dialogue is. Infact you can say that about all of the prequels. The Anakin and Padmae scenes are so cringe all the way through
I think it is disappointing because there are so many different ways they could have done the prequels and actually made them good.
There is some really good stuff in episodes 2 and 3, amid a lot of dross. 3 even has good dialogue here and there https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLfGh2b_me0 1 is borderline unwatchable. Just a terrible film
2 should have been episode 1, have more of the clone wars as a film and then 3 was by the best of the prequels imo, the 2nd half of the film is really good
The cartoon series actually tied things together pretty well, I managed to catch the last two seasons and they were pretty good.
Oh yeah that was great, but was no need for episode 1, would rather have had a mid clone wars film that tied in with the animated series
Introduce him as already training, and just reference where they found him and how old he was, the only thing I'd save from episode 1 is darth maul and that's only because ray park kicks ass
https://www.reddit.com/r/StarWars/comments/3qvj6w/theory_jar_jar_binks_was_a_trained_force_user Mind blown and a lot of the stuff that happened in the prequels makes sense.
Already got my tickets for 17th of December. Been a lot of potential spoilers/plot reveals posted online but am aiming to stay pure for the next 6 weeks.
Going to hook into Clone Wars TV series now and finish it before Force Awakens and have a rewatch of 2-6.
5 > 4 > 3 = 6 > 1 > 2 1 was better than 2, despite that retard kid and Jar Jar Binks. The fight scene was the best of the series. The racing was kinda cool too. Most of it was pretty rubbish though. 7 will probably be at 1's level.
I'm on board. 1 has Neeson, Darth Maul, Duel of the Fates and the pod race. 2 has Hayden Christiansen have zero chemistry with Natalie fucking Portman.
