Took over the #1 role for Canberra around 92/93 and from 93 to 96 was almost without question the most exciting fullback if not player in the game. He only managed 6 Origins in that period and once he lost some pace in his late twenties was never really in contention again.
Yeah Mullins is one of my all time favourites. Shame he never made that Blues no.1 his own. He was electrifying to watch.
