    Tronc has been alright but doesnt gain enough metres for his size IMO.
    Its not the defence I reckon thats where they underperformed, its in attack, not enough metres and silly mistakes in attack ( mainly Webb ) Matty Bowen has also underperformed immensely, sure he has recovered from recent reconstruction but its well into the season and he hasnt been involved enough with the ball or if he has he tries to be too fancy, makes a lot of errors. So I suppose if I didnt pick the likes of Webb then one of the most underperforming players is Matt Bowen.

    That's assuming they can actually pick a decent squad... I think they actually over-performed this season.

    Michaels? I don't think he's under-performed at all. Setu and Teo, yeah, but only because they've done nothing when i expected at least something.

    Te'o is a deadshit. Bad buy.

    However, if someone can get his ticker working, he'll be an absolute gun.

    Wasted potential unless someone gets it together. This man is walking lazy.

    Michaels has been fairly poor I thought, and before anyone brings up his metres, think of how much more ball he has gotten compared to Hodges. Michaels is a liability in attack, either through dropped balls or getting sidelined IMO.

    I reckon he'll come good again, but he needs some time in QLD cup first.

    For the Broncos:

    Dave Taylor: He's been good...for about 15 minutes a game. Has lolfitness.
    Israel Folau: He's been pretty good, but you sorta come to expect more from him.
    Darren Lockyer: Obvious one.
    Steve Michaels: He was OK in the last match, but pretty poor in the first few. Also he seems to be watching too many Brent Tate tapes...

    Some others are:
    Setu and Te'o, but I never expected them to perform anyway.
    Wallace in the last three matches, but his first 3 make up for it I guess.

    Taylor isn't under-performing. That's how he's performed since he's come into the nrl.

    Yeah, but after 2 or 3 seasons, and all that running he's been apparently doing in the off-season I sort of expected more from him.

    Underperformers at the Warriors IMO:

    Nathan Fien: His world cup form was outstanding, without him we probably would not have won the World Cup. Big things were expected of him this season and he hasn't been anywhere near the lofty heights of the World Cup, poor season thus far.

    Simon Mannering: Doesn't seem to be breaking the line or pumping those legs like he has been doing in previous seasons. Usually makes a fair few metres and a lot of tackles, doesn't seem the same player as last year.

    Ian Henderson: Perhaps its the two referees, but he doesn't seem to be making those huge runs from dummy half like he did last season. He had a good game against the Roosters and looks back to his best.
