Planetside 2 is pretty good, but quite confusing at first. I need to find myself an outfit (kind of like a guild). I've been told that it makes the game much better since you coordinate raids and stuff. EDIT: Also is awesome how there's an AU server so we don't get crippled by ping, unlike most other FPS games.
Having the best session right now. Some pretty intense battles. We were at this chokepoint in one of the bases where both teams were camping a building on opposite sides of a corrider. I just rambo'd in as engineer and placed a turret. Effectively broke the siege by myself.
Far Cry 3 is just like a realistic (er) version of Skyrim. Have decided it's the most awesome game I've played on console in my life. Love the aesthetic detail and the map. So good. Only qualm is that Vaas is a boss and didn't get enough screen time. Oh and komodo dragons. Still cunts.
Got ambushed by a freaking tiger while I was scouting out an outpost. I had to shoot it down and that alerted the pirates . Also got ambushed by komodo dragons while I was trying to get to a radio tower. If the pirates in this game were half as capable as the wildlife, this game would be so damn difficult.
Yeah the game doesn't feel quite as difficult as Far Cry 2. Tigers are immense though, how nuts is it when you can hear them growling yet you can't see them!? Wishing I'd not traded it in straight away
I think I just heard one of the Rakyat say "Holy shit it's a komodo dragon!" when a couple ambushed us.
I love Dennis. One of my favourite characters out of any game I've played. Not sure what the big deal is with the Komodos though, never had any trouble with them myself. Skip are you on 360?
Hunting the Blood Red Komodo is a bastard. All you have is a bow and a knife and there is about 4 Komodos. You have to try and find which one to kill before they all ambush you.
Can you change the view in farcry like you can in skyrim? Stuck in first person would be something to seriously make me it buy it.
