TBH I wouldn't even make it to any of the games. So pointless waste of money for me that I need for other things.
I live a touch over 3 hours from Penrith, work mon-fri and play/train for footy weekends which I can't miss any games bar injury or we get fined. Essentially a membership would be useless for me, which is ashame because I wouldn't mind forking out the mula if I could make a few of the games. What are the different grades of membership?
It's different for each club but generally there are season tickets and smaller, cheaper memberships that give you different benefits like a hat, some stickers, invitations to functions etc.
Yeah **** that. You get a hat, a keychain and a 5% discount or something at jerseys.com Sirro just asking for donation money for those who can't get to games.
Ahh I see, I just filled out the thing on NRL.com and figured when I clicked submit it would take me to the next page and explain what was what. Instead a note came up saying a club official will contact me via email or phone to discuss the details, which is not what I want at all.
Yeah it is handled by the clubs themselves and I don't think any if not then most of them have done their packages for 2010. Around 30 bucks for a standard membership.
Used to be about $50 I think which I would be happy to do if I wasn't such a poor and **** and there was something in it.
For an extra 70 you can buy a Roosters season ticket and come with me to games. :ninja: Btw, me you roosters vs canberra, round 6..it's on.
Hat-$20, keychain-$9.99 Buying 100 jerseys then selling them at full price= +$75 profit. This membership package could be the key to you getting rich. Funnily enough I stole a Penrith keychain on the weekend, bought some Parramatta shorts and a Penrith Garden gnome, decided I'd earnt the keychain and as such slipped it into my bag on the way out.
Wests Magpies membership is really good value. I wanted to buy some of the merchandise on the site and figured out that it'd actually be cheaper to become a member for $30 and cop the 15% discount than actually buy it all outright, plus I get voting rights on some issues.
Wait I am a member of Parra Leagues seeming i'm in area but I dont have a season ticket anymore.......
Being a member of the leagues club is different to being a member of the football club.. and different again to being a ticketed member of the football club.
Thinking about a Tahs membership and maybe a Dragons one only if it means I can get the jersey cheaper
