SM, totally wrong. The five biggest leagues in the world are: English Premier League Spanish La Liga Italian Serie A German Bundesliga French Ligue 1 The Scottish, Dutch, Portuguese, Turkish and Russian leagues all come after that. Nobody cares about the Scottish league tbh But yeah, 2005 onwards sounds good.
France is stronger then the German competition. The Bundesliga is the weakest of the main 5, the BWIN Liga will overtake it in importance soon IMO.
Yeah basically SPL is getting no votes because it's shit really. SM if you want to make this have a decent pool to choose from, go for the three main leagues (EPL, Serie A and La Liga) and add in two side ones (Bundesliga and Ligue 1 because they are the strongest of the rest). SPL, Eredivisie and the Portuguese League are still far behind.
FM08/07 was going to be the programme i chose, and i was going to score as in Fantasy Premierleague, just to add to it. And Hybrid, i'll give it a couple more days, then take the most popular leagues
If that's the case though, then what's wrong with selecting anyone? You're going to have to manually move all the players around anyway.
People are going to be interested in watching/following if the bigger, more well known players are on show
More people will follow bigger name players than shit lesser known players, who knows if thats 100's, or like 2 or 3
I dare say it would be the latter. You're not going to end up with many obscure picks anyway, otherwise that team will fail miserably. Especially if you use FM. I just think it'd be a shame if say the German league missed out and the likes of Ribery weren't eligible. Some of the better South American players still prefer to stay in their home country. The likes of Riquelme have returned and Adriano looks like he's following the same route.
