    Didn't look out of his depth in attack but he looked pretty shaky defensively - missed a few tackles. He picked up some sort of injury with 20 to go and went off.

    He actually started the game. Missed a couple of tackles absolutely cold early on and made a pretty simple error in what I think was his second spell but after the early jitters he really settled in defensively and made some strong runs too.

    Overall, he looked okay.

    (And BTW, I didn't deliberately not reply to you when I unblocked you; I was typing a post on Rleague and didn't get to MSN straight away. :p)

    We can't hold the ****ing ball. I didn't get to watch last nights game but from all reports we kept consistently turning it over at crucial periods. It's been our problem for ages now. Pomeroy even said it himself a few weeks ago and he was the worst offender last night.

    Pomeroy is always the worst offender when Taluapapa isn't playing. And like I said its still the start of the season and mistakes do happen at this time of year. Probably not as many as we're making but with the injuries during the game the players increase their workload, increase fatigue, which causes a decrease in ball control etc etc. To call for a noose now is weak.

    I'm sick of seeing the team shoot themselves in the foot. Heard that our attack was heaps better though last night? (apart from the drop ball) Maybe a light and tunnel thing going on.
