I know at least 3 of the best 5 players are leaving, but surely they could field an 11, they might be even shitter next season, but I still think if they get rid of SM, use a more respected president (no offence Kovas, but the early days of you is still remembered by most I'd say) tey'll bring in a few players and be back to respectable again for S10.
I think the best thing for them to do is not field a team in Season 9, make a couple of board changes and spend the season building for a Season 10 return. If they do manage to field an eleven, which isn't even a guarantee, they definitely won't field an ALC XI. TBH, when it comes to clubs with history as rich as the Saders, I'm happy to let them play on regardless of how shit they are as long as they want to and can fill up two teams, but if they can't (as it seems now) I think it'd be best to take the season off and try to regroup for the following one.
They've got one in of a player averaging 25 with the bat in seconds and are losing Rocker, Hunt, Monkeywrench, Hayes, O'Driscoll from their firsts side. And then even more from their seconds.
