Ridiculous show, eating 5000 calories a day and not exercising for a month is obviously going to be harmful, wtf was the point? Someone even made a movie in response where she ate McDonald's for a month and actually lost weight.
Really, really good. It teaches you how to harness the awesome power of self belief and that if you want something bad enough and invest all your energy into it, the universe will eventually give it to you, it's simply the laws of attraction. Here's a clip of a good news story that put the system to the test: <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/YNO97wUlKUk" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
What do you recommend as the best one? Haven't seen too many to be fair. Any that have constant real footage instead of continuously cutting back to the old man telling the story is usually pretty good.
, great !! I got this book to read and looks awesome and then somebody told me about the doc which is more gun. Will finish this and then look for doc dvds.
The book itself is quite good (although I believe there's some of the findings in it that have been disputed) but I can't imagine it would make a very good film.
The latest episode of four corners about people living on and stuck on Newstart. An eye opener, but having lived on Youth Allowance it's no surprise.
