I say we just have one inductee per season (starting S11). That gives the HoF a bit of exclusiveness which it wouldn't have if we simply nominate a whole bunch of people.
I'd say that HoF members would have to be exceptional overall - for example I doubt Justin Langer will make the ICC HoF despite scoring huge amounts of runs, seeing as his average is just that little bit below being outstanding. Maybe Cribb, seeing as he assumedly has the most knowledge, could create a shortlist of batsmen and bowlers that a small panel could vote on? Edit: Himannv/Callum have a good point with exclusivity, so my idea of 10 inaugural members is dire
Nah. -Based on more than just statistics. -The player must have impacted the way in which the game is played. -Should have either played at least 20 FC or made at least a 10,000 runs or taken at least 400 wickets. imo.
Isn't it too hard to say how each player has impacted the game since it's all in the sim? Also, agreed - there should probably be some basic stats guidelines
Does seem like the sort of thing the Herald could do. Peak, longevity, # of seasons at the Crusaders, etc. would all be considered.
