I think a major part of why I don't like it is the business model. The only way to earn gold is to complete challenges and you only get so many per day. It's good for casual players but if I was to play a CCG I want to be able to put more time into it and get rewarded for it
You get rewarded for playing through challenges and winning 3 games, as stated above. Yeah, it's a bit slow, but I guess because it's made by Blizzard, they want it that way. They make the game so that if you get hooked on it enough, you'll be willing to spend money on lots of packs/arena entries because earning gold legitimately takes way too long otherwise.
Had a bunch of packs I decided to open today. Some decent stuff, but nothing too special, besides this one: My first legendary, so that's pretty decent.
That's pretty awesome. Had to grind so many wins to get enough gold for all the packs I've opened so far and only just now I've received a legendary. As much as it's awesome to get a legendary, I kind of wish it was a neutral, so I could use it with multiple classes.
I found that was the case when I started playing. Then as soon as I got into ranked matches where everyone had "pay to win" decks, I got smashed because I only was using basic cards at that stage before I started to get some gold to "buy" expert packs.
Yeah I realise that I'm basically playing to get all the gold objectives and getting lots of packs atm.
What level are you guys at, my rogue deck is level 10-12. Which is also Hunter Hounds and Warrior Armor hell btw.
Level 12-and-a-lot Warlock deck. Don't think I'm gonna push it much further though, fucking hate life tap, never use it. Level 10 Mage, but don't enjoy that either. Will probably end up maining my Rogue or Hunter decks (which are lvl 4 and basically 9 respectively.
Okay, I'm going to have to ask. Is the first half of the word pronounced like earth or pronounced like heart? Whenever I see it in New Posts I spend five minutes trying to figure out which would make more sense.
