Amazing that their most depressing album (imo) got them the most mainstream support. I like the band but I had nfi how popular they were until all the bogans started getting into them.
I have no idea what the band is like in general. But all year that is the only song I liked on JJJ. Never caught what it was called so couldn't vote for it. Only just found out yesterday. Gonna get some of their stuff.
Yeah, I've only just gotten into them. Reckon their latest album is really good as well as Boxer from 07. Songwise check out Fake Empire and Conversation 16 (gotta love the lyric "I was afraid I'd eat your brains" in reference to a guy thinking he'd bore his gf to death.)
You people do realise it's voted for by the public and takes into account all music tastes? Given the extra number of voters nowadays it's a probably more relevant and accurate countdown than 15 years. Yall got to stop assuming your right and everyone else is wrong, just accept everyone's got different tastes.
