Makes so little difference though. Thurston is still the best halfback in the world afaic, especially in rep footy, and Prince is a gun second receiver. It's way better than playing Marshall at 7 and Lockyer at 6.

I honestly think the NRL All Stars will win this game and make it 1-1. Their front row stocks were superior last year but they didn't take advantage of it. This year it's an even bigger advantage.

Inglis and Thaiday aren't playing for the Indigenous side due to injury.

It's not a feat. If Lockyer played at the Sharks instead of Gallen, (or was in contention for voting) he would've been the most popular. If Thurston was a Shark, if Prince was a Shark, if Slater was a Shark, if Hayne was a Shark. It's relative to your own team mates and suggesting that Gardner would take votes off Gallen to a comparable degree as what Slater would off Cameron Smith, is absolutely retarded.

Gallen is not the most popular player in the game or in this voting. If he was, he would've won the Provan Summons instead of some bloke returning from a year of obscure park footy.

Once more, as everyone except you understands, Gallen was the most voted because the Sharks are a dud club with players that nobody gives a **** about insofar as an All-Stars game is concerned.
