    Well it's not just choosing a side and that being that. Now you have to choose the organisational side and the creative side. You have to figure out which players will complement each other better and on which side they should be on. Also I am pretty sure that substitutes and stuff will be able to be done by coaches (Cribb to confirm this) so you can say that in the 20th minute, this guy comes on and goes onto the organisational half role etc.

    Confirmed re: interchange btw. It's completely planned out beforehand - ie. at the 21st minute, X comes on for Y etc. You also designate your primary organiser out of your two halves and your hooker, and a role for your lock (either primarily as a runner or an extra playmaker).

    Does anyone at the Hawks have a CPL Rugby team? They'll be able to help you pick your team.
