    It's complicated.

    Firstly, it's done on a weighted average, taking into account how recent each game has game and the quality of the opposition.

    Beyond that, you only get a percentage of your score until you've taken a certain amount of wickets. Don't ask how many that is, because it's also weighted so you'll get a giant formula of an answer. :p
