    You don't get to decide that but it may turn out that you have to if more than one player has that position as their top priority.

    With 5 teams, that leaves only 3-4 players per team with a spot in the reserves, so on average the clubs can only have 20-21 players. With two teams already having over 20 players, will the excess players just fill up the second reserves side (as in, the one playing the original reserves)?

    Indeed. I am obviously hoping to one day have 2 reserve sides but yeah there will be 17 in one side and the leftovers in the other and the other spots filled with random players. The less randoms the better.
