Hell no personally. Though since you have 20 man squads then might as well have them for draft picks or some players will never see the light of day. Don't want injuries on for my reserves though. That's just asking for an injury crisis. And we're not solving it by making bigger squads.
Your draftees can be injured but there is no way my reserves should be able to get injured in such a comp.
You still have a pretty good attack though. I have 1 Spinner,2 Seamers at Tunza right now plus Botha and Boje.That is all. But these are supposed to be balanced squads while in that case it will only be random players. Would rather have no injuries ,tbh.
Cevno, your side is an abnormality because you ended up with two feeder clubs with some very interesting squad balances. For the rest of the first division clubs, things are looking pretty set.
I've just had a look at the Sneaky Soldiers and you can put a good eleven on the park easily. Those Australians have averages in the mid thirties which will only go up in this comp, Guptill has test runs and Myburgh averages 52 for Canterbury. Also seem to remember Noffke being a good Aussie domestic bowler and James Harris is decent.
Noffke is shit tbh. Myburgh is in the first team. And those Australians are Okayish at best and don't have good recent records. Guptil ,Jabba suggested himself could be a liability. Harris is decent though.
So you want your players to play every match and even your Shunts ,even if the team looses but don't want injuries. Have the cake and eat it too? Either have injuries(though toned down) for all or don't have them at all,imo.

Reserve grade tbh. That was quite clearly stated. First Division is just a fancy name. We don't give you our players as presents to fill your squads. We give them to you on the knowledge they will play. I don't expect Chewie to play crap like Bracewell, Wells or Jayasuriya, but you playing all your drafted cunts when those Aussies in particular should have first division simming averages above their FC ones is ridiculous.
To make it fair, I'd support a relatively even split across the two feeder sides and FD picks. For example.. SquirtsEl NinoChewie Stephen Moore Narsingh Deonarine Bodapati Sumanth Darren Lehmann Jim Allenby Daniel Christian Ian Blackwell Mushfiqur Rahim Mohammad Rameez Peter George Brent Arnel Everyone has fair representation there, though some players could go either way (e.g. van Wyk in for Rahim). Make it a rule any imbalance of representation would have to be agreed on by all three parties.
