  2. Skippos SM Morgan

    Murphy's law.

    What can happen, will happen.

  3. 99* JJ Ritchie

:fp: At least get it right man.

Murphy's Law - Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong.

  4. Pretzel P Retzel

  5. Skippos SM Morgan

Virtually the same thing cunt just a different (colloquial I'd think - as I'd only heard it the way I'd used it) wording.

  6. Sultan Pepper HG Emm

    Completely different M-C.

  7. 99* JJ Ritchie

    Crusaders can win.

    Stickies can win.

Therefore Crusaders and Stickies will win.

    You can't explain that.

  8. Skippos SM Morgan

    ow fuk

  9. Mike ML Martyn

    Aw Skip.

  10. Harps ZAF MacDonald

    Why no Wallawalla?

  11. Chewie JA Chewie

I've heard Skippos' wording before but it's not the correct one

    You can actually.

I think Skippos was partially quoting a concept I tried to explain to him on Facebook the other day. :p

As both results are possible, the universe will split into two almost identical copies of itself at the moment the outcome is first measured, with the Stickies winning in one reality and the Crusaders in another. So both outcomes will indeed actually happen, and in this reality too - but this reality will be split into two at the moment the outcome is measured.

(NOTE: There is no actual evidence for this at all :p)

  15. Cevno IV Narang

    ^^^^^^^

    What he said.

  16. Speirz DG Speirs

And we all know that the evil timeline is the one where the Crusaders win.

  17. Frizzed WC Welker

    Colesy impersonation.

  18. Chewie JA Chewie

Sort of a Schroedinger's cat sort of situation?

  19. Pretzel P Retzel

Parallel universes - each time a decision is made the universe splits in accordance with the result of each decision continuing in it's own universe.

Good old quantum physics, and there is some evidence of it, tbf Cribbert.
