Yeah I agree 100%, momentum of that game could've given us somewhat of a good season but I don't see them bouncing back now.
I don't know what to say, one of the few times we've actually played well this season. Pearce playing a genuine halfback role rather than being limited to that right hand fringe was a long time coming he was awesome again - nearly lead us to a victory. Tasi & Masoe seem to be growing into the season so we finally have some impact, Guerra back tightens up our defence some what. I dunno I reckon there were some really good signs like Smithy's finally starting to figure it out and in a way a lot of similarities to that Warriors game we lost in 2010 in the last minute in that a few minor tweaks was were our great run all kicked off. Not so much that we'll be a top team, even a top 8 team but that we should see a more competitive team and less inconsistencies and might even sneak in to the finals with a bit of luck.
Yeah Pearce hadn't been able to control the game like he did for City or in this game when he was pegged on the right.
Also good to see Leilua both look and play like a complete fucktard, some of the whispers about him being in line for origin were getting to me.
