Was wondering who would people have in there best XI based on S8 BS only. Luffers, Gemmell and Vago are all certain imo.
1. Luffman 2. Vago 3. Dempsey 4. Gemmell 5. Miokovic 6. 7. 8. Farnsworth 9. King 10. Bullpitt 11. C Man
1. JRE Luffman 2. A Vago 3. DR Armstrong 4. BJ Gemmell 5. TA Miokovic 6. JP Gonzalez (5) 7. SLO Graham 8. L Lover (2) 9. GEC King (4) 10. C Man (3) 11. AP Farnsworth (1) Just a quick one... If I looked it it more it might change a bit.
Would Devonshire by up there allrounder wise? IIRC he was just outside the top 10 batting wise, doubt there were any allrounders in front of him.
I find it humerous that everyone thinks that farny's a bowler and not an allrounder due to being such a fail bat.
1. Vago 2. Luffman 3. Monkeywrench 4. Gemmell 5. Miokovic 6. Dempsey 7. Laing/Devonshire 8. Farnsworth 9. King 10. Bullpitt 11. Man/Wilson Something like that.
Berkuta averaged more than Monkeywrench but I probably wouldn't put him in there. He didn't really dominate when we needed him. He just came in and raped teams when we were 3/200+
Yeah, plus he's not a #3. Although I suppose Dempsey batted #3 all season so you could just slot him in there.
DWTA. Averaged a little bit more but it was just a lot of starts rather than making a true batsman's contribution (0 tons, 5 fifties). He had a good season, no doubt, but Bedsey's was better IMO.
Few of his knocks were pretty important for us, ontop of a decent average, ad I don't remember ever thinking he dropped a lot of catches.
Lacks Read of the anus attacking variety. brings a whole new meaning to raping an opposition attack whilst batting...
1. A Vago 2. JRE Luffman 3. MSM Monkeywrench (could replace with ZA Berkuta though) 4. BJ Gemmell 5. TA Miokovic 6. JP Gonzalez (5) 7. JB Dempsey 8. AP Farnsworth (3) 9. GEC King (4) 10. TG Bullpitt (1) 11. C Man (2)
