And that's the worry. I've got 6 blokes vying for 2-4 spots and I've got to balance having an 18-20 team league (which I want) with the risk of having 'dead' teams that I've gotta fold. Just want something from them to give me confidence they'll stick around.

You've made 27 posts in the last week but your last post before that was 10 months ago. You've gotta understand the concern. We can't have blokes committing then going AWOL as it fucks us over so badly. Jager/Shagger left us in a spot of bother because of it at the start of the season. You've always been a 'active for one or two months then go silent for 6 months' kind of poster and we need someone who's gonna be around the make picks within 12-24 hrs when they're up and submit a day or two after their games. If you think you can be that and won't just quite/go silent without letting us know then I'm happy to give you a chance. But if you think you might go inactive like you did before it makes life tough - and we've been burnt a few times so you've gotta understand the apprehension. Also weary about appointing blokes who throw in the towel when things don't go their way (i.e. what benny did) - the outburst there makes things a little tough as how do I know you're not just gonna rage quit if you lose in an upset or something?
hahaha i followed the hawks through the earlier 2000's and still went to every game haha, i never throw in the towel, and I was mainly inactive because of schooling but now I'm doing a different uni course where I'm only there 3 days a week. I'm in if you want but it just doesn't seem that way.
I want to appoint safe coaches. If you believe you'll always be around and won't just go inactive then I'd happily have you and want you aboard. Your call if you think you can stick around; definitely in.
