Crusaders: Last Season: Whatever Biggest Strength: Undoubtedly the Crusaders major strength lies in their number 4. In Perry, the Crusaders arguably boast the best top order batting in the Shield. Biggest Weakness: While the Crusaders may hold an edge in their top order batting, their bowling attack is very much reliant on Perry. If he fails to fire the Crusaders may find themselves in trouble. Key Player: Mate Perry will be looked to like never before. Not only is he the Crusaders star batsman but he will also be tasked with taking every wicket in some sort of pitch. Best Gain: While most of the recruitment news has been doom and gloom for the Crusaders, the re-signing of Perry is a major coupe to the club and ensures they remain title contenders. Biggest Loss: It’s hard to split the losses of some chumps but the thought of losing Perry is a big enough loss to the club, hopefully he can remain injury free throughout the season. Rookie to Watch: With a career boasting a a few seasons, single handedly winning a final, countless rep performances and a triple ton some would say Perry is far from a rookie, and some would be right. Regardless though he is still the player to watch from the Crusaders this season Likely Team: 1. Crusader 2. Crusader 3. Crusader 4. M Perry (c) 5. Crusader 6. Crusader 7. Crusader 8. Crusader 9. Crusader 10. Crusader 11. Crusader Predicted Finish: After seasons of great performances, the Crusaders spent last season in the usual position of title contenders. Unfortunately, despite an all–star allrounder in Perry, they fell at some irrelevant hurdle. This season, they will be faced with the prospect of returning to their natural position in the top half of the ladder after the loss of some n00bs. CH predicts that the Crusaders will end up finishing 1st. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Last edited by El Nino; Today at 01:58.
Struggling for staff members tbh. And people to run it with Charles too busy and me out for a month or so with my Europe trip.
