Oh yeah, this is the eligibility criteria - currently listed afl player - any player currently playing in the NEAFL, VFL, WAFL, or SANFL - any player to have played AFL in the last 5 years - any player to have played more than 100 games in the AFL since 1990 - NO player born on 1.1.1996 or after as I'm comfortable of being able to include these players. Retired players in general won't be flash though so I wouldn't advise picking them unless you're sure they'd still be good enough.

No idea if Goddard's a good pick. He's so versatile, that's the main reason, but there might have been better options.
