I hid them. I don't like the idea of blokes just looking at those lists and using them as guides for who to pick - much prefer people actually research and try and make the best picks instead of try and pick as many of their old players as possible and have a shit team because of it. Plus the more effort and thought/time put into drafting the more interest and ownership we get during the season.
No it doesn't....your whole retained list is in the OP. Just copy down the 15 blokes who're already locked into your picks and note the gaps?
no it wouldn't? just look at them and type them in word or open up your team thread in a new tab and edit the OP or something?
I was considering Jenkins I don't know why the quality has dropped off so quickly this time. Like, there's been 6 extra picks but there's just no outstanding talent left really.
Retentions killed it. Most of the elite players now weren't elite players 15 months ago so went at a lower pick then they're now worth and as such were retained. So now we're left with a draft crop full of 'past its' who were good/worth high picks but are now less good and weren't retained, draft busts and the small minority of players who were jettisoned because of the retention rules. I think I'll have to be a little harsher with the restrictions next time to ensure a better crop. I thought I was harsh enough but looking at the crop not enough good players are in there. Although it's nice because it now means the money's made later in the draft by picking breakouts and all of that.
