    I don't think a reserve grade would be very hard to implement. I agree that it wouldn't be a top priority but i think it is worth having.

    Maybe do a sort of thing like teh cricsim 20twenty.
    A draft with different teams to normal. Therefore the best players will be syphoned away from each other and everyone will have a few average players

    • Individual Player Stats (25% Likely)
    With the players who are not played in the main team and there is anuff of them just play them against each other like in RL. Pitty about the stats i like stats.
