Season 3 Discussion

Season 3 will be getting underway once the S2 final has been simmed.

Basically, all matches in season will be "Live Simmed". This means there will probably be one match per week.

There will also be a reserves match played "Non Live" once a week. Vikings/Spartans reserves vs. Hurricanes/Sharks reserves.

For Sharks home games, as a mainly Northern Hemisphere team, I'll provide the sim output & results to someone from the Northern Hemisphere to post up, so that simmage times will be geared towards the players involved and that the guys from the NH aren't left out.

The season will consist of 2 rounds - home & away. At the end of the season, we'll have some provincial matches (Provinces yet to be determined, but possibly Great Britain, Australia & New Zealand) before the S3 final.

Any ideas you have to improve/enhance the sim are welcomed, but please use the relevant thread, not this one.

Now would also be a good time to try and attract guys you know from other forums who are interested in rugby; or attract back people like Scoble, Glensor, Stroud etc. who were mainly here for the rugby sim.

 

It was good to see so many people on line last night - what with CPL simming and a Rugby 'test' being simmed, there were a lot more people staying on line. I'd love to get a few more rugby afficianados on here though. A 5th team for S4 of Seasonal Rugby would be brilliant.

 

SportSim? Might give ripper and Hurricane a nudge over on CW as they're both rugby nuts and get involved in sims.
