The second game of our back-to-back playoff opening night sees the Pandas take on the Colts. The Pandas have had a poor season by their lofty standards. Their 10-10 record saw them beat out the Hammerheads by just one game, but their game is suited to playoff basketball. Their backcourt is powerful and efficient, they have the best creator in the game in former MVP Cambridge, and have sharp outside shooters to compliment. The Colts on the other hand have romped to the league best 16-4 record through their pair of off guards - Son and Diggler. The pair averaged over 21 points per game each, as well as combining for almost 15 rebounds and 13 assists too. Outside of the two, and power forward McDougal, though there remain major question marks around the team. Masterc emerged at centre through the season but his slow end to the season and Herd's inexperience could prove major problems. The Colts hold home court advantage though, and showed their class in head to head matches through the season. My prediction: Colts 109-99.
