    You know you have a better team because you can recruit people you want. I can't because no one is willing to give me a chance no matter what I say. I know a few people I will try and target next season and will be watching them closely this season.

    2. I know that but surely that shouldn't matter that much. I would think by now people would want members to stay on cricsim and not leave.
