    1. Doesn't matter, you still have the reputation as the joke team.
    2. I don't see how wanting members to stay influences your capacity to run a team. What I'm saying is this is probably the only sim you'd get a team in. You would have no hope in hell of getting anywhere near a Cricsim team for precisely this reason.
