Ok ill start off with my idea in the other thread: ------- How about perhaps a loan idea? Maybe for the future? If a player is just getting put on the bench week in week out and a club is in need of cover then the player and the clubs could come to an agreement for a certain amount of games?
I like this idea. It would stop people from losing interest if they are not playing regularly. And a personal might do really well and then come into contention for a starting place back at their club.
I too like the idea. Another idea I would like for the future is to bring in reserve games like in normal Cricsim, although this could be a way off still.
I was thinking this. It could maybe work in a similar way to RL Sim does. All the bench players, get to play in a reserve match on the same team against maybe a real life pro team.
There just isnt enough people for reserves tbh. Only need 11 for cricsim. Need 22 for RU, which is 2ce the numbers.
Maybe have merger sides for a Reserve Grade Tri-Nations? Giants/Cheetahs, Spartans/Vikings etc. you get my drift. Then perhaps you could just fill in the rest of the players with some other normal players?
There won't be enough. If you plus all of the clubs reserves together I think they might just be able to get a team. Let alone only two clubs.
If this was to work, we would need each team to have 3 subs. Highly likely tbh. That could almost happen already.
That's a problem but without inputting cash budgets into it etc. there's no way around it. I think it would just be whether or not people are willing to send people out on loan to help another team.
Maybe a team could loan one player in return for another? So a team that could raelly use a decent prop could get their hands on one for a crucial match
