"Victim" 2010 movie spoilers wanted

    I seen a movie at the local block buster, and want to know the twist in it but can't be arsed actually watching it. The movie is called "Victim" I've done a lot of googling and a lot of people talk about this big twist that people won't expect. Looking at the trailer it looks like the mad Dr is trying to turn this guy into a girl which was murdered and slowly transforms him into her via various opperations.

    Now I'm guessing the guy he is doing it too is the guy which killed the girl... All of this I think is pretty obvious just from the trailer, but has to be more to it if so many people are writing about a twist which they don't want to talk about.

    It could possibly just be the creates doing viral marketing talking up a twist which is obvious just from the trailer. So was wondering if anyone out there has seen the movie, if so what is said "twist" ?

    Looks alright, unfortunately not working at the moment.

    Few people are saying this is as messed up as the human centepede, not sure what I'd prefer though... getting my arse / mouth stiched to someone else or getting a garage sex change.
