I'm ****ing stoked for the big fella!!

LOL there is no way! Brent Kite has been 10000000000000000000000000 times better than Weyman this year and is 10000000000000000000000 times the player Weyman is.

Then again, he was one of the top forwards if not the top forward and was snubbed from the Aussie side last year so I wouldn't be surprised.

  3. Colesy BL Hornby

Nah Weyman has been better then Kite so far.

  4. Hunter AD Hunt

If he gets selected it's pretty sad.

  5. Alec AD Funkotron

Hopefully this is a sign of who NSW will pick for their side (Stewart and Watmough).

I'm honestly astounded. How are all these ordinary backrowers like LOD being discussed for selection yet Myles, the best backrower over the last 3 soo series, and actually in good form for once, isn't getting even a mention. He's first backrower picked afaic. Also, Gidley on the bench is so fail. Oh, and Weyman shouldn't be there.

  7. Wilson SB Wilson

Proves the Australian side is selected from media hype.

  8. Paddy P Orr

I agree about Myles form, should be there.
ODonnell wouldve been there had he not got suspended.

  9. Ged GEC King

Yep. From reports, NSW forward pack could possibly be:
    8. Weyman
    9. Farrah
    10. Kite
    11. Stewart
    12. Watmough
    13. Gallen
    14. Lewis
    15. O'Donnell
    16. Perry
    17. Waterhouse

Now, that side is filled with so much fail. Stewart, Watmough and Gallen are three of the most error riddled backrowers in the comp. Then you add O'Donnell and Perry to the mix....

  10. Hunter AD Hunt

Exactly. Weyman has been good this year no doubt but past seasons he has been nothing special. There are other proven players who deserve it over him. Ie ben hannant.

  11. Colesy BL Hornby

    Creagh will be there

It's a load of shit. The Australian team should be picked on how players go in origin, unless special circumstances arrive. Myles, Thaiday and Johnson have belted the NSW backrowers into submission the last 3 seasons, yet can't get a look in. LAWL.

  13. Alec AD Funkotron

Actually it's kinda funny looking at that side:

1-10 are all QLDers and you'd have to be dumb to pick anyone else there. 11-17 are all NSWelshmen and you'd have to be dumb to actually pick most of them (at least in the positions they are in)....which they did.

  14. Wilson SB Wilson

Oh dear, the epic proportions of Queensland bias in this thread is going to be extreme.

  15. Alec AD Funkotron

I'd think it's more logic than bias.

  16. Ged GEC King

How am I being biased exactly? Please tell me who the three best backrowers over the past few seasons in origin, the best footy played, are. Once you're done, tell me what role you envisage Gidley in as the bench utility and how he is a better option than Hunt. You can then follow it up by explainging to me how someone can get selected off 7 rds of football after being a no one last year while there is someone like Kite sitting on the sidelines.

It's pretty clear how it works. Due to having zero of the first 10, any 50/50 decisions will go towards nsw players. Politics in these things is ridiculous.

When Weyman goes swimming he doesnt get wet the water gets Weymaned.

    You cant ignore immense form.

Hes been the best prop so far this year.

    DWTA.

    Cooper and Monaghan > Boyd.

It's debatable, but it's hardly a dumb suggestion.
