Yeah. I agree. If 10's the magic number that qld are allowed to have, then put Myles in there and Monaghan on the wing. It's win, win for Australia.

Yeah, lets ignore the entire careers of players because of what has happened in the last 7 weeks.

Weyman could jag a bench spot for NSW... firstly because it's still a month or so away so he'll have more games to prove himself and secondly because we have 0 proven Origin props at the moment.. but for him to be selected in this Test match based on a few games ahead of someone like Kite (proven at Test level) or Myles (proven at Origin level) would be ridiculous.

What do you base that on?

I actually agree, I'm probably one of the biggest QLD Boyd haters at CricSim. I was just trying to make a bit of a point.

Oh so lets never give him a chance and keep handing rep jerseys to blokes who dont deserve them based on form, just based on the fact they have done it before.

Stop being so ****ing boring, Weyman will not let the team down at all and he will do a better job then Kite and Myles would do at this present time.

No way Weyman should be in it... Don't worry he's due an injury any moment.

    Statistics.

He can go through the levels then. Let's not just hand him the highest honour. Give him a city-country jersey and see how he goes. Give him a nsw bench spot and see how he goes. Give him a nsw starting spot and see how he goes. If he gets through all 3, then give him a go for Australia.

Thats the fault in the draw then isnt it?

Statistically Lima, Price and Civo are ahead of him as best front rower. But he is 3rd best Australian so I see what you mean.

    Props:
    Average metres gained:
    1. Price
    2. Civonaceva
    3. Lima

    2. Douglas

    20. Weyman

  12. Ged GEC King

He said best prop though. He clearly is not.

  13. kingdamo DRP Taylor

Yeah well his Dragons bias is obviously showing once again.

  14. Colesy BL Hornby

Oh ok lets pick Lima for the Aussie team then Ged.

Don't bother trying to explaining it to me, I'm not going to bother arguing anything on the subject. I was merely commenting on how a Queenslander will make a post then 2 or 3 will then quote it backing it up. It happens all the time in these threads, it's like you're trying to convice yourselves more than anyone.

    Keith Galloway > Michael Weyman.

Galloway always takes 4 defenders with him for a good 10 meters.

Galloway performs in a decent pack.

Weyman has Creagh, Poore, Prior etc etc to help.

Galloway has basically Ellis and that's it.

Not when Origin is played after the Test. I agree with who you think should be there. But the first 8 rounds should definitely stand for something.

Myles, Civ, Thaiday and Price should be automatic selections. After that I don't think any other Qld running forwards should make it.

  19. Julian BJ Taylor

Actually, i'd probably consider Hannant. He has been great this year. Better than Weyman IMO.

  20. Kylez KF Tait

Will be happy if Weyman gets picked has improved this year, and been very good for the Dragons.
