All 4 teams are made up purely of Qld players. I've tried to get the teams even. Obviously in some cases this wasn't possible. Team 1: Hunt Sailor Tonga Folau Walker Lockyer Sandow Ross Ballin Kaufusi Costigan Parker Johnson Taylor Setu Bolton Kingston Team 2: Slater Kemp Hodges Chambers Yow Yeh Seymour Cronk Price Payne Scott Lillyman Myles Luck J Lowe Meyers Glenn Marsh Team 3: Bowen A Graham Inglis Zillman Michaels Burns Prince Civonaceva Friend Shillington B Lowe Crocker Harrison Sweeney Tronc Anderson Rovelli Team 4: Wesser Bani Tate Rogers Boyd Moon Thurston Hannant Smith Kenny G Cooper Thaiday Stagg Webb Williamson Jones Amos
I was trying to make it as even as possible. I'm gonna go with team 4. Wesser is a big weak point, but I like the rest of the team alot. A weak bench I suppose.
Well, it's won't be an Origin standard match so Bowen can dominate. The rest of the backline is awesome as well. Best halves pairing. Friend's combination with Prince + his defensive workload is outstanding. Petero, the best forward in the world, leading the forward pack around. The back row minus Lowe is International standard as well. Solid bench as well. I just thought it was the most balanced of all sides.
I just like team 1, tbh. Backline is very solid ... lots of tries in them. Hunt is versatile and could cover in the halves. Sandow has bags of talent and knows how to attack. He could leave the organisation/leadership to Lockyer. Forward pack is also pretty solid. Not a fan of Ballin, but I am of the two props. Johnson is a tank and the two 2nd rowers are decent too. I would start Kingston over Ballin, tbh... I rate him much higher. Taylor and Setu are good ... not sure about Bolton though. Overrall it's a quality team, IMO.
