    Yeah, but being good for GB will just give you an opportunity to say "well I'm better than my ranking suggests because I average 29 in rep cricket" no matter how shit you go for the Vipers. If your ranking doesn't account for it then it just gives you more room to make shit up and claim you're awesome. :p

    We're going to have to judge players on a combination of their ranking and their rep record when the changes go through. This makes the rankings infinitely more useful than they are now, because their attempt and failure to account for rep cricket has made them completely and utterly irrelevant. At the moment we have to judge players on a combination of their rep record and their club record - ie. the rankings are being ignored because they're dire.

    I think its a positive move. People are picked on there club performances for rep sides so a ranking system for that would be much better.

    IIRC you said if it was just BS I would be number 1 after last season? Is that still true :p

    Nah I doubt it, the ranking formula has become a lot more sophisticated since then. I don't have access to it at the moment though as I've said in this thread already.

    Yeah bout time rankings changed. I'm a prime example of how a few good rep games can push you up the rankings considering I've only had 2 seasons were I've averaged less than 35 with the ball in BS IIRC.

    So if Cricsim North Vs Cricsim South are played at the same time as the other rep comp, can rep players play in those teams as well? Or is that match scheduled after?
