This is a weighted score. Gives much higher priority to the elite players as well, you much prefer 7 stars + 15 goods than 22 greats

And Richmond are 9th. Perfect.

 

I tend to agree, but it's so marginal I can ignore it. This takes the sum of the best 22 players. They're going to have to play 2 KPFs who are ranked like 29 and 32 or suffer without playing any. If I forced the KPFs into calculations they'd fall to about = with stkilda.

I've explained this already. It's due to the draft system - most clubs have fillers from late rounds on the list and Geelong are no exception. If Stringer, Walker, Sheringham and Schroder kick on etc. then you'll improve. Right now they're nothing more than decent VFL players.

I'd have picked it before tbf. They've had something like 26 elite draft picks come into the club over 3 years so a lot of their 'depth' is just top end talent waiting in the wings.

These sort of players. Yeah, they're not great - but they're definitely good enough to be on an afl list and as far as depth go, you're laughing. As I said - you can almost expect depth to be the reverse of performance over the last 5 years.
