    That was another good show. I also didn't mind Are You Being Served, Allo Allo, Spaced, Some Mothers Do Ave Em, Love Thy Neighbour, Yes Minister, Man About The House. The list goes on.

    How I met your mother is not a good show. However Barney is one of the best American sitcom characters I've ever come across, up there with Kramer imo and NPH plays him perfectly, gets no back up from the other characters though, the character of Ted is unwatchable and female should never be used as a source of comic relief.

    Almost everything he says has to be the most painful dialogue I've ever had the displeasure of sitting through. He's never funny, it's annoying and generally harms the show overall.

    To me Barney is easily the best but I think at times Marshall, Ted and Lily are great but Barney is just as he calls himself Awesome.
