Will happily put my hand up and say I think Edwards is a mid ranged meh tbh.

Nothing much going for him.

 

Has hardly improved over last year. 2 extra touches a game and an extra tackle but one less goal. Would prefer the goal to 2 touches + a tackle and he's hardly looked better this year to last. He's still got shaky disposal and is a lazy defender when running through the middle/fwd. under 20 touches for a near full time mid is pretty meh

he's nearly 25 so there's not much if any natural improvement and I certainly can't see much he can train & improve on bar experience related parts of his game.

What you consider a clearance I think is a very important facet.

What Champion Data classify as a clearance isn't important, and it's not the same thing we'd consider as a clearance.. Just like hitouts mean shit if they're down the oppo's throat - HtA is the stat that matters.
