    Bring on the Lions!! It's remarkable how that last quarter against the Giants has actually made me forget all of our off-field and club worries over the last few days. A respectable performance against the Lions would be one of the best things for this club at the moment, here's hoping...

    Don't want to get ahead of ourselves here, we will still be huge dogs especially away from home. However, if we put together a decent performance I will be delighted - and that includes if we lose by less than 5 goals.

    This is obviously true, but to put some perspective into it the Lions only just got over the top of the Suns, plus have gone down heavily to North and the Western Bulldogs; both who really aren't fantastic sides. The Dees on the other hand have had some tough opposition in Essendon and West Coast, as well as Port who are still unbeaten this season.

    Yeah true.

    I'd have Brisbane as heavy favourites but they won't flog Melbourne like the three other sides have.

    Indeed, but that last quarter will give them so much confidence. Something they really lacked.

    They matched it with West Coast for a half whereas the only side Brisbane has been competitive against in the Gold Coast.

    Brisbane a deserving favourites, but I reckon Melbourne will give it a shout.
