    Neeld is trying to get a bit of senior leadership within the club, at the moment we have fuck all in terms of experience and so I think it's really for them to help out with the younger kids (who we have plenty of).

    Trengrove injured, Jones to captain. Hopefully they just leave Jones as captain for the rest of the year and into the future.

    Grimes and Trengrove obviously aren't coping with it.

    I thought Grimes was doing OK with the captaincy, it's just a pity he is so injury prone. Trengove on the other hand has lost all of his form with the captaincy clearly affecting his game. Good decision to promote Jones

    I assume Trengove and Grimes showed better leadership qualities throughout the way they carry themselves, I'm sure if Jones was a natural leader he would have been given it from the very start.. so it will be interesting to see it goes.
