We are pretty much in the mould of the miami heat Has a big 3 1 dominant oversized maniac who can do everything WELKER = LBJ 1 Bigman who hates contact and can shoot from distance VINCE = BOSH 1 offguard who can do alot of different things AZZA = Wade Role Players 2 bigs who arent required to do much offensively Read and Burridge = Andersen and Haslam 2 Point Guards who can step up and give really good limited production 1 Wing Forward who can play alot of different roles offensively and defensively ABY = Battier/Allen
I will tell you all what you should be looking to excel in if we want our successfulness to continue. Vince: 3pta, 3pt%, blks, rebounds Welker: Pts, Reb, Ast, 2pt% O'Neill: shooting %, FTA & %, Ast Astele: Pts, shooting %, Ast, minimal turnovers Aby: Pts, shooting %, Ast, Stl, Reb Burridge: 2pt%, FT%, Reb Read: 2pt%,FT %, Reb Logan: Ast, 2pt%, 3pt%, minimal turnovers If you only have 2pt or 3pt% and no pts or shooting %/2pta/3pta it means you need to focus on being effecient and not the volume of shots your take. Guys who have pts or 2pta/3pta means they need to be looking to score the ball
Now to grade you all after 3 games Welker: A+ - allround player exactly what we needed from him Vince: A - Needs to snatch a couple more boards a game O'Neill: A - Work on that 3pt% Astele: A+ - excellent job so far need to share the ball abit more but 60% 3pt% is insane and you haven't missed a free throw yet D'Forum A+ - Superb off the bench, giving a balanced stat line is what we wanted proving to be a beast Burridge A- - Almost everything we want from his role, limited efficient shooting, gets to the line. Needs to get up and get more boards though. Read A - Same as burridge but gets those rebounds, needs to bring a shot blocking game to move up to A+ Logan B - takes alot of unnecessary shots when he appears to have really good ball handling and passing skills. Look to shoot 3-4 less shots per game and get 2-3 more assists
