    Yeah he was more of an MF thing than a me thing. He was a good defender in his prime but he's never had much in attack and his defence fell away extremely quickly once he lost a bit of pace.

    I rated Nielsen around the time he played for QLD, 3 or 4 years ago. When he was actually decent. And he didn't play badly in Origin. He faded into obscurity after leaving Melbourne though.

    I've thought he was a gun in the making for a year or so.

    I imagine the 500k a year is some decent bullshit. But I'm happy, reckon he's signed to play middle third where I think he'll be suited in a bench role sort of like Tacky-Ah-Hoe/Asiata.
