That sounds like too much work for the likes of some of you smug bastards........

    Inglis >>>> Hayne.

  2. Mr Fourex MR Fourex

Even though were too self absorbed to answer my question earlier......I'll rise above your petulant attitude and answer yours.

It's not just about meters ran ffs.....it's an overall higher rate of involvement from him in the game. It's his best position. It's where he plays his best football .....play him there.

For the tenth time you stupid fucking semi-literate, wombat...Even if that is true, it doesn't mean it's the best option for the team.

What's best for Inglis ≠ what's best for Australia.

It's Haynes best position. It's where he plays his best football .....play him there.
It's Slaters best position. It's where he plays his best football .....play him there.

Who needs centres, let's just play 3 fullbacks!

Every argument with MF is like that sand vagina scene from Return of the Jedi. Once you get sucked in the digestion goes on for years.

I wasn't the one doing the majority of the arguing and I tried to avoid it. Cunt called me out so I put him in his place the same way I do you when you say stupid shit.

I don't think Thurston was the best on-ground in two of the three games in which he won MOTM but since he was considered as such, how is he not nominated for the golden boot along with Burgess, Inglis and Brough?

  13. Toolman TR Man

Because he was shit for alot of the season?

  14. Magic AJ Parker

Rugby League World, past players and RLW I believe determine the Golden boot award. Good on them for overlooking some unjustified MOTM awards if they have in fact not nominated Thurston.

Although I don't think Golden boot nominations are made until after the Grand Final and just doing a quick search in Google I can't find anything about it.

Never mind. I was confusing the RLIF International POTY with the Golden Boot. It's Inglis, Brough and Williams (not Burgess) nominated for the former.

I think Thurston will be nominated for the Golden Boot and rightly so.

And yet was still arguably the best five-eighth in the NRL. One of the best players in this year's Origin series. And one of the best players at this World Cup.

    Lucky duck.

Mini won a golden boot, lol.

Locky won 2, therefore Thurston cannot be mentioned in the same breath until he does the same.

"However, it is Hayne's defence that has most impressed Sheens and with the Blues able to call on Josh Dugan at fullback, Hayne may be ideal to mark Inglis in State of Origin. NSW last year used Josh Morris in the role."

Good grief. What defence has Hayne been asked to do against Fiji and America? And how on earth is it comparable to what he will be asked to do if tasked with marking Inglis?

lol yeah, pick Hayne at centre and Dugan at fullback. Please, please do, Loz.
