One extra rule in this thread. No talking about who's signing for who in S4. This isn't a gossip thread. One thing to note for the teams out there, once Contracts open, you will only be allowed to sign 15 players until all six teams have 15 players signed. Once every team has signed 15, there will be a 2nd cap at 22 players. Once all teams have 22 - including CricketWeb - any new players will be available on a free-for-all. Think very hard about who you want to sign as your first XV contracted players. Guys who sign contracts without the express permission of a club's HoR will be infracted. This will have to be done properly for the new team to work for S4.

Not sure if I agree with waiting for CW. I thought the point was that they'd use mostly their own members, and I'm not sure how fair it is that they could potentially poach current members and hold off on officially signing members of their own forum.
Yeah. Fair point. I'll be flexible with CricketWeb and maybe give them some inactives (Arheiner, Amiya) in the event of them hitting some injury issues.

Surely players outside a clubs top XV, wishing to sign for said club, will just hold off signing a contract until every team has their 15 anyway, no?
Yeah, but we can't start S4 until each team has a XV and if you could get a first team spot to complete a XV and get the season underway, it might just convince someone sitting on the fence to change teams.

Normally, yes, but we have a new team (the Gamblors) entering for S4, and we're only just got about enough players to support a fifth team, that's why I'm being a bit careful about it.
