    Before contracts 16-22 can open, each club needs to sign the following number of players:

    Crabs: None
    Spartans: One
    Sharks: Three
    Vikings: Four
    Gamblers: Four
    Hurricanes: Five

    Those guys on the list who are yet to sign, please decide whether you're going to put pen to paper or not and let your prospective clubs know. It'd be good to get 16-22 available soon so we can open contracts up for the new players.
