Yeah Te'o has to lock up a second row for Souths. Such a criminally under rated rugby league player.

  2. Lukic L Popovic

    1. Hodgson
    2. Tuiaki
    3. Tedesco

    8. Woods
    9. Farah

    How about a combined TOTD?

Keeping this to those who played NRL.

    1. Slater
    2. Hayne
    3. Inglis
    4. Hodges
    5. Tate
    6. Lockyer
    7. Thurston
    8. Scott
    9. Smith
    10. Civoniceva
    11. Williams
    12. Bird
    13. Gallen

    14. Burgess
    15. Parker

Might differ on another day, but meh. Convinced I'm missing someone obvious too.

    Pretty spot on.

    Could argue:
    Lyon for Hodges.
    Mannering for Williams.
    Price for Hindmarsh.

  5. Lukic L Popovic

Hayne fot slater, some other kent on the wing.

Slater must be there, and you can't have Hayne on the wing.

  7. Tartmaster AJ James

    1. Hayne
    2. Slater
    :ninja:

Probably would pick Lyon ahead of Hodges thinking about it actually. Close run thing, though.

Can't really agree with Mannering for Williams. Though naturally I'll underrate the Kiwis due to the fact that they can't play Origin. Price would be there but his career wasn't long enough IMO. Though then again I have Williams and Burgess....

I agree that Hayne on the wing isn't ideal, but I'm not sure who you'd pick instead....and I think Hayne has to be there. Boyd and Morris are fine but I think they're a cut below the rest of the side, Folau wasn't in league long enough. Slater played fuck all on the wing too.

As for whether Slater or Hayne should be fullback...tricky one. Hayne was probably more dominant at fullback at his prime, but Slater was more consistent, and actually was a fullback for the whole time.

Folau was around longer than SBW.

  10. Alec AD Funkotron

Nah, SBW played most of his RL starting from 2005.

I take this as picked on NRL performance.

Backline sort of picks itself for mine

    Hayne
    Morris
    Lyon
    Inglis
    Folau
    Lockyer
    Thurston
