If there is a completely new draft, I'm happy to keep my team.

I wouldn't go with a CWer, Ged. They all have bizarre player fetishes (Cribb ---> Sinclair, Phlegm ---> Ingram, Athers ---> Jeetan Patel) which could scupper you somewhat.

Heef ---> Wellington hacks he has played with

Yes, yes, yes. However, I can stand so far aloof from the situation that I don't pick Mark Houghton or Steve Gellatly. Mind you, I did select Mark Davies (not that I played with him, but I have had a good chat with him'n all)

I can stand so far aloof to know that Jeets Jeets Jeets Jeets Jeets Jeets Jeets

Need Blunder to take control of Luffers' side tbh.

Not sure who the new teams would be either. Only Callum has said he's interested.

Will probably offer my side up for a new owner.

Or alternatively, opt to go into a partnership, whereby the new partner will have the following duties:
    - Everything

And whereby I will still receive a minimum of 50% of all credit for any successes the team may have.

    Why?
You had a good team IMO. Just didn't perform.
Though you weren't the most active owner, you weren't the least active either.

I just feel it's time y'know? At some point the mind and body can't take any more, and that time has come for me. With every game, it's become harder and harder to motivate myself and the team, and longer and longer to recover. I still love the game, but I know that the commitment I usually feel towards my preparation is lacking and I don't want to cruise along and know that I'm not challenging myself. It's the right time - I'm also moving into an exciting direction with my new position with Burger King, who've been a great sponsor of the Royal Maharajahs since the club's inception. They've also helped me personally more than many might realize; whenever I've had a tough or uncomfortable decision to make, I've always turned to their triple bacon & ham deluxe with double cheese value meal, and it's always helped me find the necessary courage and aptitude to make the correct decision. The burgers are better at Burger King.

I'm also aware of the impact my career has had on my family, with the numerous trips to NRLM oval and club training keeping me away from them for extensive periods of time. I've missed far too many birthdays, anniversaries and celebrations, most of which would have been held at Burger King - the family restaurant of choice for the Royal Maharajahs, than I'd care to think, and it's time I started to rectify that. I can't thank my family and close friends enough for the constant support that they've provided whilst I was fulfilling my dreams, and now that retirement is upon me I look forward to being there to support them whilst they accomplish theirs.

I'd also like to send my regards to the staff, members and supporters of the Royal Maharajahs. I couldn't have asked for a better club to be apart of. The staff made me feel like royalty every time I turned up for work, and the fans truly are the best in the world. You guys are the reason we all do what we do, and I feel privileged to have represented this proud name, and I just hope I've done it justice. *wipes away tear, pauses for effect*

Anyway, that's it from me. I thank you all for coming out here. I look forward to finishing the season strongly with the boys, and if anyone would like to attend my special farewell dinner, be sure to purchase a Burger King triple value meal from any Burger King outlet before the 13th of December to go into the draw to win an invite. 1 in 600,000 wins!
